Cody joined the Blaney staff in June 2025. He came to faith in Christ at age 19 while in college and immediately sensed God’s call to full-time ministry. Since that day, his passion has been to know God deeply and make His glory known among the nations. Cody and his family served over ten years on the international mission field through pastoral training, church planting, and shepherding. He and his wife, Maria, have five children. In his free time, Cody enjoys family adventures, mountain biking, and fly fishing.

Jake Sanderson was raised in a loving Christian home and came to faith in Christ as a teenager at Calvary Baptist Church in Sylva, North Carolina. Frequent military moves brought his family to Fort Jackson in 2011, where he was called to preach at age 16 while attending Alpine Baptist Church in Columbia. Since then, Jake has served in various church roles, including teaching and pulpit supply. He married his college sweetheart, Megan Rae, in 2019, and they live in Rembert with their pets. Jake enjoys blacksmithing, woodworking, theology, and playing bluegrass music with his band, BlueFaith.

Bethanie came to faith in Christ at 14 and has grown in her love for Scripture and sound doctrine ever since. A graduate of Southern Methodist College, her studies deepened her biblical convictions and calling. Raised Baptist, she found her spiritual home at Blaney in 2013, where she now serves as Music Director and youth leader. Bethanie has long been active in ministry—from teaching and directing children’s choir to leading worship. A proud mom to a teenager and three dogs, she enjoys creative writing, reading, and advocating for justice through anti–human trafficking outreach.

Jeff Brown has been part of the Blaney family for 17 years and currently serves as Chairman. He and his wife, Debbie, have been married since 2007 and share a deep love for their church community. Jeff is a professional forester and the owner of Forest Resource Professional. His leadership, integrity, and heart for service reflect his desire to honor Christ both in his work and through the ministry of Blaney
